SAFE HARBOUR

So you might ask "How can you get away with this? Is it fully legal?!"

Our answer is: "Fortunately, expressing ourselves is not illegal, yet!"

But in order to operate as music creators and songwriters, we had to officially become recognized as such: so we became regular members of a collecting society (S.I.A.E.) and all royalties for the released songs are properly registered.

Also, we are able to give on our own its own ISRC code to each song.

We are also fully registered with the Italian Music Industry Federation (F.I.M.I.) –equivalent of the American R.I.A.A. and British P.R.S./P.P.L.–the most reliable national institution when it comes to compliance with official industry standards.

So actually we have done our homeworks!
And yup... we act within legal boundaries.

Now, if those boundaries are loose, it's because authors were never supposed to be in charge, nor to take care of their own productions. They were never meant to gain access to musical distribution and to mainstream platforms/channels, often inaccessible to most, nor to be their own legal team, PR dept and marketing agency.  But now we do.

When a mock-up comes so close to being true... it transcends fiction. Pretending to be a fictional label, things have gotten pretty damn real!
